Clark, a sole engineer, developed the NEWTS (NextGen Environmental Weather Training System VR) app to teach students about utilizing kestrels, recording weather data, and making accurate observations. The only third-party addon used was the clouds system, which presented a challenge as it was abandoned with no support from the original developer. Despite this, Clark took it upon himself to make necessary changes to the clouds system in order to ensure it worked effectively with the project.
